*Job Summary* As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development of students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. *Duties* - Implement lesson plans left by the absent teacher to ensure continuity in learning - Provide instruction in various subjects such as Math, Literacy Education, and Special Education - Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning - Assist students with assignments and provide necessary guidance and support - Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and parents as needed - Foster an inclusive and engaging learning atmosphere for all students *Requirements* - Previous experience in childcare, tutoring, or educational settings is preferred - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents - Knowledge of classroom management techniques and strategies - Understanding of early childhood education principles and childhood development - Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings
