We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques.
- Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with special needs or disabilities.
- Collaborate with other educators in curriculum development and implementation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in private school settings or daycare environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices is essential.
