- Conduct thorough chart audits to ensure compliance with hospice regulations and standards
- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs
- Respond promptly and accurately to Additional Documentation Requests (ADRs)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain and enhance compliance processes
- Provide education and training to staff on compliance-related topics
- Utilize WellSky Consolo software to manage and document patient care effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospice regulations and industry best practices
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
- Minimum 5 years of experience with QAPI, chart auditing, and responding to ADRs in a hospice setting
- Familiarity with WellSky Consolo or similar hospice documentation software
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
