Position Overview:
- Role: Ranch Hand/Office Manager
- Location: Weatherford/Fort Worth, TX (mornings at the ranch, afternoons at the corporate office in the Historical Fort Worth Stockyards)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Compensation: Competitive pay with excellent benefits
- Morning Duties (Ranch Hand):
- Tend to the horses: feeding, grooming, and ensuring their well-being
- Maintain ranch facilities, including barns, pastures, and equipment
- Assist with horse training and exercise routines
- Afternoon Duties (Office Manager):
- Handle administrative tasks at the corporate office
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Passion for Horses: Experience working with horses and a genuine love for animals
- Office Management Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
