Job Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and tech-savvy Part-Time Community Manager to run the front desk and manage member experience. You'll be the point person during your shift—handling reception, light admin, member support, and occasional social media or marketing tasks. Ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a professional, well-organized space.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members, guests, and callers
- Keep workspace clean, stocked, and organized
- Manage meeting room bookings and common areas
- Help onboard and offboard members
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues (printers, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Communicate with your co-worker for smooth shift handoff
- Respond to inquiries and schedule office tours
- Help manage social media and light marketing
- Use Satellite Deskworks software (training provided)
- Handle billing, collections, and vendor coordination
Qualifications:
- 2 years in customer service, hospitality, office admin, or coworking
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with basic office tech (email, printers, online systems)
- Social media or marketing experience is a plus
- Able to work independently and handle a variety of tasks
