Bartender – Bin 39 Wine Bar (St. George Inn)

Location: St. Augustine, FL
Job Type: Full-Time – shifts are 12pm to close (8pm – 8:30pm) – occasional events with later hours

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable bartender to join our team and provide an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service by engaging with guests and making wine recommendations.
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of our wine selection and educate guests on tasting notes and pairings.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending or serving experience in a wine bar, restaurant, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and pairings (or willingness to learn).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
