Position Overview:
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that supports our aesthetic injectors and helps ensure a seamless, elevated experience for every client. You’ll assist during injectable procedures, prep treatment rooms, support follow-up care, and help maintain organization and flow throughout the day.
Note: This is not a transitional role into aesthetics. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a support-based position and is excited to grow within this role.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with aesthetic injectors to assist during treatments and consultations
- Prep and restock treatment rooms to ensure smooth appointment flow
- Educate clients on post-care and skincare recommendations
- Maintain accurate charting, inventory tracking, and documentation
- Provide excellent communication and support to both clients and team members
- Help with spa operations including follow-up calls, retail sales, and general organization
