As a Senior Client Executive, your charter will be to lead the growth of one or more strategic accounts of Impetus. We are looking for somebody with at least 5-10 years of experience in account management and with a consistent track record of growing their portfolio of business.

- Hunt to Farm: You will have to be a patient and diligent farmer, while being an aggressive hunter, to be able to grow your account. Understand the core of Customer centric value creation, long-term vs. Short-term decisions, Strong ability to navigate complex environments and drive business success.
- Proximity & Adaptability: Willingness to be geographically close to key customer decision-makers, be able to walk customer hallways and be available to our customers when they think of us.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Leadership
- Work with the VP of Account Management to develop and implement a strategic account plan and drive growth of at least 20% within the assigned account(s), ensuring revenue and gross margin targets are met or exceeded.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters related to assigned customers, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Lead and/or help develop industry-specific best practices to cater to other Impetus customers in the same vertical.
Client Relationship Management
- Leverage executive-level relationships to strengthen the company s presence and strategically utilize team resources for impactful client engagement.
- Present Impetus' capabilities, offerings, and solutions within the account(s) to expand its footprint.
Solution Development & Delivery
- Support and facilitate delivery teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Work closely with client teams, pre-sales engineering, and delivery teams to build winning sales proposals and establish strong client relationships.
Business Development
- Create, leverage and manage ABM plans for organic growth and brand visibility in your assigned accounts.
- Leverage the ecosystem of cloud and data partners to find new opportunities for growth.
- Present overall Impetus story comprising of capabilities, offerings and solutions within the account(s) to expand Impetus footprint.
Advocacy & Collaboration
- Represent the customer's needs and interests within Impetus.
- Foster a positive team culture by building enthusiasm, collaboration, and support within and outside the organization.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with Client and Impetus leadership
- Ensure timely follow-up on Accounts Receivable.
