Must have
- 5 IT BA exp
- LEAN exp (LEAN Manufacturing is a plus)
- Sales and marketing
- Manufacturing environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT business analysis or a similar role.
- Proven experience working with at least two of the following functions: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales & Marketing, R&D, or Change Management.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP or Salesforce implementations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and change management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., FDA, ISO).
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related IT disciplines is a plus.
- Knowledge of LEAN principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
