Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Hours: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays 1 pm - 9 pm. Sundays 9 am - 5 pm
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Service Bar guests and prepare alcoholic drinks for wait staff
- Serve , appetizers and meals
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and via POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events to ensure timely service and presentation of food and beverages.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering when necessary.
- Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and responsible serving practices.
Qualifications
- 2 years bartending experience
- Strong cash handling skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
- POS Experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine selection, and beer types is desirable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as required.
- Must live withing 25 miles of Carrabelle.
