As our Resort gears up for the high season, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our front-of-the house team.

We will train dependable, customer/guest service oriented, well-groomed, well-spoken individuals to provide exceptional customer service, as a Server/Waiter at our upscale casual restaurant and our outdoor beer garden.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
• Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing outstanding service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our standards and procedures
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
• Must be dependable, customer/guest service oriented, well-groomed & well-spoken
• Must live within 25 miles of Carrabelle, FL
