What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a reliable Embroidery Production Team Member to help with embroidery finishing, shirt folding, order counting, and production support. No experience is necessary—we’ll train the right person!
Key Responsibilities:
- Trimming & Finishing:
- Trim loose threads and clean up embroidery for a professional finish.
- Remove excess backing material from embroidery to ensure a polished final product.
- Shirt Folding & Packaging:
- Fold shirts and garments neatly to meet our quality standards.
- Assist with packaging and preparing orders for shipping.
- Counting & Inventory Management:
- Accurately count and track finished goods for quality control.
- Help maintain organized records of completed work.
- Keeping Things Running Smoothly:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed to meet deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic math skills for keeping accurate inventory counts.
- Reliable & punctual—we depend on our team to keep orders on schedule.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and handling light lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Prior experience in embroidery, screen printing, or manufacturing is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right person!
