What are the responsibilities and job description for the Musician (Keyboard/Organist position at St. James Overcoming Deliverance Church, Inc.?
- Lead the congregation to a memorable holy worship moment through an anointed skillful sound of music.
- Discussing the music needs of the church with the Minister of Music
- Rehearsing for each service.
- Determining which songs to play during different sections of the service.
- Performing music or compliment utilizing the keyboard and or organ as necessary and/or as directed by the Minister of Music for worship services, church programs, engagements, etc.
- Connecting to the heart and preaching of the church.
- Skillfully capable o f playing a variety of gospel music new, old and contemporary
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11,700.00 - $13,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 1 – 4 per week
