Job Description:
- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
- Administer medications, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Educate residents and families on their care plans.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, NPs, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Requirements:
- Current LPN license.
