* This position has a $1500 Sign On Bonus, and will be paid hourly pay $20.00 per hour*
ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance and cleaning of the property
- Scheduling and supervising maintenance, ground, and custodial employees
- Training team members
- Enforce compliance with laws and regulations regarding safety, fire and health
- Inventory Control
