The housekeeper's responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness of the facility. Specific duties include cleaning all areas of the property, proper use of chemicals and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide proactive customer service to casino and office guests.
- Maintain the safety of customers and guests.
- Ensure all public areas are vacuumed, dusted, wiped clean, and mopped where needed.
- Pick up paper, trash, litter, debris, and clean ashtrays around all gaming areas and machines.
- Maintain clean and sanitary restrooms.
- Clean windows, blinds, gaming machines, light fixtures, and pit areas.
- Clean and maintain employee break rooms.
- Report to the supervisor all unsafe and hazardous conditions.
- Vacuum, dust, clean, and empty trash of all offices, break rooms, and training rooms.
- Clean all elevators, stairways, and foyers.
- Maintain proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
- Perform all job functions safely and responsibly.
- Perform any reasonable request made by your immediate supervisor or any Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must know all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 18 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming License.
SKILLS
- Must be able to communicate in English effectively.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
