What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tutt Teen Internship position at St. Joe County Public Library?
The Tutt Branch Library is in search of a friendly, enthusiastic, and imaginative high school student to help with children and teen programming in our neighborhoods.
If chosen for this internship, you will work a Librarian on planning, preparing, and running daily activities that occur Monday through Friday. Interns will have the opportunity to learn more about the youth of the neighborhood while helping to provide fun and enriching activities for the community.

Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

Once Here You Will
- Help existing library staff plan and carry out activities for kids.
- Order supplies necessary for upcoming programs.
- Plan new programming on and off site.
- Have fun with kids coming into the library.
- Help with outreach events with community partners.
- Help other patrons in the library with questions.
- Like kids!
- Are comfortable with computers and handheld devices (like phones and tablets).
- Are community-minded.
- Take initiative, are enthusiastic, creative, flexible, energetic, values diversity, and have a sense of humor.
- Great experience to put on your resume or college application.
