The Senior Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent across various functions and levels within the organization. This role will also assist the Corporate Recruitment Manager with international recruitment efforts, specifically managing H-2B and J-1 visa programs.Essential Functions : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for a wide range of positions.Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking, hiring events and employee referrals.Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing guidance on best practices for recruiting top talent.Proactively source and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining transparent communication and providing timely feedback.Utilize recruitment data and analytics to monitor and report on key metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to continuously improve recruitment processes.Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and industry best practices.Provide mentorship and support to generalists at various properties, enhancing their understanding of recruitment processes and assisting them in handling local recruitment needs effectively.Education and Experience : Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialized role.Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles, including senior and niche positions.Experience with international recruitment and familiarity with H-2B and J-1 visa programs is highly preferred.Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, talent market trends, and candidate assessment methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including generalists at different properties.Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : In-depth knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to recruitment.Familiarity with international recruitment processes, specifically H-2B and J-1 visa programs, and associated regulatory requirements.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, managers, and generalists.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and othe tools.Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and make data-driven decisions.Effective negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.Willingness and ability to occasionally work weekends.Physical Demands : Ability to operate normal office equipment.
