PreK3 Lead Teacher

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified PreK3 LeadTeacher to join our early childhood team. The ideal candidate will create a developmentally appropriate, faith-filled classroom that fosters curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth in our youngest learners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) certification or state licensure for early childhood education is preferred.
Previous teaching experience in an early childhood setting is preferred.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a joyful, structured learning environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize the curriculum to plan and implement engaging, hands-on lessons that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and motor development.
Establish a warm, nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play.
Foster independence and social skills through structured routines and guided activities.
Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily lessons and interactions.
Assess and document student progress to inform instruction and communicate with families.
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support the school’s mission and curriculum goals.
Build strong relationships with families through ongoing communication and conferences.
