Church Secretary with Graphic Design Expertise

The Church Secretary with Graphic Design Expertise will be responsible for administrative support and communication tasks within the church office, as well as producing visual content for church-related materials. This position combines traditional secretarial duties with the creative responsibilities of graphic design to enhance the church’s communication strategies and community engagement. This role is essential for fostering an organized and welcoming environment within the church community. Candidates should be committed to supporting the church's mission through effective administrative practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage church communications, including bulletins, newsletters, and emails

• Maintain church records and schedules

• Design flyers, brochures, and digital content for church events

• Provide administrative support to the pastoral team

• Assist in coordinating events and programs

Qualifications:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite

• Experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A heart for ministry and church service

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
