For this Receptionist/Customer Service position, you need to possess great communication skills, both oral and written. You will often be the customer's first impression of our company whether it be via phone, email or in person. Your top priority is our customer. You will be required to respond promptly to a heavy volume of incoming phone calls and emails, professionally and with tact.
We are looking for an individual who is friendly, charismatic and high-energy. You must possess a great sense of urgency, diplomacy, be detail oriented and super organized. You need be able to problem-solve, adapt and focus on multiple tasks with constant interruptions. Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Be a quick learner and become the specialist of our products and services. Work well independently or/and part of a small team.
Other duties may include, but are not limited to:
- book appointments for customers via google calendar and on our on-line booking calendar
- mail packages via Stamps.com and UPS
- draft, send, follow-up on contracts via HelloSign.com and obtain deposits/final payment
- order office supplies
- assist Owner and Director of Operations with other duties, as assigned
Benefits: Paid training, holidays and vacation time.
Core business hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30a - 4p.
Required Experience: Customer Service: at least 1 year
