Marketing Associate

Job Summary:

The Marketing Associate will support marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote our commercial real estate services, build brand awareness, and drive client and employee engagement. This role is ideal for a proactive, creative, and collaborative marketer with superb attention to detail and communication skills. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the marketing and leasing teams to curate materials, assist in event planning, ensure consistent messaging across all channels, among an array of other directives.

Job Duties:

• Develop, design, and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and property listings to showcase properties and services
• Create social media calendar and content, schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze metrics to optimize engagement and reach
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events such as open houses, corporate events, networking functions, and client appreciation events
• Assist in the planning, strategy and logistics of St. John Properties’ volunteer and community initiatives – SJP Engage
• Order and manage inventory of branded promotional items
• Manage, track and log marketing invoicing and expenses through accounts payable software
• Monitor and distribute all incoming website emails/inquiries
• General graphic design work as needed
• Provide all necessary support for internal marketing and leasing teams, as well as regional offices
• Other duties as assigned by AVP of Marketing and Marketing Manager

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-year college degree
• 2 Years’ general marketing experience or relevant coursework
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Ability and interest in learning new skills and technology
• Valid Maryland Driver’s License

Regular attendance onsite is an essential function of the job.
