Job Summary :
We are looking for a Medical Informatics Project Manager to lead and manage complex IT and medical informatics projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in health informatics, data management, and healthcare regulations. They should be adept at collaborating with clinical staff and understanding medical workflows, with a proven history of successfully delivering IT and informatics projects.
Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Lead complex projects involving electronic health records (EHR), health data and IT systems, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Team Leadership : Develop and mentor a team of informatics and IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Data Management : Ensure accurate and secure management of health data, facilitating improved decision-making for healthcare providers.
