Pay : $95,000 - $110,000
Responsibilities :
- Organize, supervise, and administer the day-to-day services rendered at the Home Based Crisis Intervention Program
- Lead team organizational and clinical meetings
- Provide clinical direction to staff regarding individual cases
- Conduct side-by-side contacts with staff
- Regularly conduct individual supervision meetings
- Ensure HBCI and SJEH are represented at community functions and that community engagement is sustained
- Provide case coverage for short periods due to staffing needs
- Maintain regular supervision with program Director
Core Competencies :
Mental health screenings for issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD
Motivational interviewing for ongoing engagement of youth and families with complex needs
Requirements :
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
