Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the guidance of RNs and physicians
- Administer medications and perform wound care
- Conduct patient assessments and document findings
- Offer pre-operative and post-operative care
- Teach patients and families about disease management and medication use
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
Qualifications:
- Valid state LPN license
- BLS certification
- IV certification
