Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the Church office.
Duties
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in designing, printing and emailing weekly bulletins and monthly newsletters
-Proficient in bookkeeping, reconciling bank accounts and providing reports to the
council treasurer
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
