Position Summary: The Dining Services Team Member supports service in the cafeteria and delivery of food to neighborhoods in a way that honors individual elders and staff needs, with a commitment to customer service. Responsibilities include:
Checks Menus after completed by residents for nutritional adequacy.- Utilize Point Click Care and input into computer system.
- Visit residents in rooms, dining areas, lounge areas to assist with, and collecting menus
- Print and deliver resident menus
- Answer phones
Qualifications:
- Desire and ability to interact and build relationships with elders and care for their needs.
- 1-2 years office/Clerical experience in the health care setting
