Pleasenote that this opportunity is full-time, 40 hours per week.
The ES Manager is responsible for overseeing and executingon all aspects of housekeeping and cleanliness of St. John's Meadows andBrickstone facilities. The ES Manager will ensure residents are receiving thehighest quality of housekeeping services possible as well as ensuring allcommon areas are kept clean, well maintained and in exceptional condition. TheES manager will drive resident and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Environmental Services staff - coach and develop staff, hire new staff and provide necessary training.
- Manage relationship with on-siteenvironmental services provider
- Assist in developing budgets andremaining within internal cost controls.
- Schedule staff, order supplies, manage inventory control and billing.
