Patient Care Ambassador (Dental Front Desk)

What you'll be doing : All things reception- greeting patients, answering phones, checking patients in and out, insurance verifications, etc.Presenting investment options to patients (treatment plans and financial options)Removing barriers to patient care - finding ways to say "YES!"As a growing team player you will : Maintain a positive and collaborative team cultureWork collaboratively with the Practice Manager to ensure efficient scheduling, follow ups and great communication with our patientsBe accountable for your role to ensure deadlines are met, goals are met or exceed daily, weekly and monthlyParticipate in weekly meetings and share suggestions and ideas for improvementFind solutions to challenges and take ownership of mistakesBe someone dependable and reliable (show up on time, stay when the patients need you, have reliable transportation)Be a culture champion and show support of the company both verbally and in your actionsPresent treatment to patients and break down financial arrangements to get patients started in their treatmentProvide patients with a red carpet experience worthy of a 5 star google review - (answer phones with a smile, be positive, empathetic and convey that to patients)Skills / Qualities we would like you to have : Excellent phone skillsA positive, upbeat attitude in busy environmentProfessional and courteous communicationSuperb time management and organizationAttention to detailA high level of self accountabilityTrustworthy, sincere and empatheticA high regard for confidential information and strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and managersThis is a full time position which will include Monday to Friday and some Saturday availability.We know you work hard and believe your experience should align with our expectations.
