Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate candidate, qualified to work as a teacher assistant at the Early Childhood level, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Early Childhood education and experience working with young children. The position may be for various grade levels, Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, or Kindergarten.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist classroom teacher(s) with various tasks including lesson and material preparation and small group work
- Supervise students during lunch and special area classes
- Assist classroom teacher(s) with other duties, as assigned
Qualifications: Required Education/Experience
- High school diploma
- VIRTUS certified and background checked
- Experience working with young children

- Organized, friendly
- Ability to communicate effectively with Early Childhood team, administrators, parents, and students
