Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and execute social media strategies that drive brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of platform-specific content, from concepting to capturing video content and collaborating with creative teams to execute visuals, ensuring everything stays on-brand and authentic
- Channel Management & Trend Monitoring: Oversee the day-to-day on social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn—engaging with comments, DMs, and the online community while staying ahead of trends, memes, and fresh ideas
- Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics, share actionable insights, and make recommendations to continuously optimize strategies and improve results
- Campaign Execution: Develop creative ideas for influencer partnerships, giveaways, and Reels-style content to support paid social campaigns, collaborating with creative teams to bring these concepts to life
- Collaboration: Partner with creative, media, and account teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, innovative, and meet best practices across all channels
Qualifications
- A background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, ideally in an agency or managing diverse client accounts
- Deep understanding of social platforms (both tried-and-true and trending), tools, and best practices
- Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for social-forward copy
- Familiarity with social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and the ability to use data to support strategies
