The Associate Director of Clinic Operations will drive the implementation of clinic policies and procedures in the Inland Empire by providing administrative, operational and management support to the office of the COO. This position’s primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to achieving clinical productivity targets, efficiency improvement, and patient satisfaction, accessibility to care, budgetary targets, and meeting department goals. The Associate Director of Clinic Operations will also work closely with LA - Based Regional Clinic.

Qualifications/Licensure:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic operations management, with a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and quality.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating leadership in managing teams and driving performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex operational challenges.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of self-motivation, initiative, and accountability.
- Proven success in working under pressure and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Establish new clinics in the I.E., including leading the roll out of new clinics and setting up departments, vendors, permits, and licensing, etc.
- Management of ongoing assessment, development, and implementation of systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in policies and procedures, DPI, Culture of Quality, and Sync times Implementation.
- Assist with the development and implementation of operational protocols in compliance with operational policies.
- Assist with the oversight of clinic operations which includes assessment and evaluation of front office procedures.
- Establish and maintain tracking systems to monitor progress towards operational goals and PowerBI.
- Act as a liaison on behalf of the COO with Clinic Managers, Facilities Management, and other members of the clinic staff.
- Attend virtual or in-person meetings or participate in conference calls for or in place of the COO.
- Travel required between clinics within L.A. and I.E.
- Assist with the development of monthly statistical reports.
- Assist with the preparation for clinic audits and participation in audits in the I.E.
- Collaborate with Clinic Managers to integrate and streamline workflows across departments such as Dental and Behavioral Health, ensuring seamless coordination and improved operational efficiency.
- Responsible for vaccine management system including, Private, VFC, VFA, LHD 317, and SGF ensure the system adheres to the programs policies and requirements and annual recertifications, including program enrollment, vaccine ordering, vaccine management and reporting for shipment incidents and waste.
- Monitors and reports vaccine temperatures and manages vaccine inventory.
- Supervise, train, and develop new clinic managers.
- Reports on variances in patient visits due to per diems, scheduling, productivity etc.
- Work closely with the scheduling team to match work sites with the provider’s certification and assignment requests supporting the movement of providers and stabilizing provider home clinics.
- Assist with planning and training of operation staff to reduce errors and improve workflows.
- Collaborate to design and implement various pilot projects to improve clinic flow.
- Manage Mobile unit(s) schedules via Basecamp and organize logistics when new venues are introduced.
