St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to join our project team implementing an industry leading modern ERP system across the County whose headquarters are located in beautiful St. Augustine, Florida. St. Johns County is implementing the Workday ERP system to enable reprocessing enterprise resource functions, workflows, and management within budget, procurement, finance and HCM. This position provides valuable knowledge and skills that will create a long-lasting impact across the agency and for the citizens within St. Johns County.The ERP Systems Analyst will provide advanced technical work developing and administering the Workday ERP System for financial and HCM business processes, in addition to coordinating project teams and technical functions for system configuration, workflow, data, reporting, testing and support including standards, development and governance.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
The ideal ERP Systems Analyst candidate must possess St. Johns County’s core values of compassion, innovation, and trustworthiness and must work well in a collaborative team environment. Some of the specific tasks include but are not limited to: Provides Information and Technology (I&T) expertise in the development, design, analysis and usage of ERP Systems including Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Financial Information Systems (FIS). Provides technical expertise for HCM and/or financial business functions including budgeting, procurement, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, core HCM, onboarding, compensation, and benefits.Plans and coordinates the alignment of business requirements and processes with ERP system configuration and administration.Supports projects and collaborates with staff, management and vendors to define priorities, tasks, resources, and time frames for operational programs and development projects.Develops technical program specifications, project plans, flow charts, process mapping, system designs, technical specifications, maintenance plans, architecture models, service level agreements, and reports.Provides data and reporting for the ERP system ensuring data integrity, security and maintenance, modifications, report writing, document maintenance, audits and recommendations for changes.Plans and coordinates system and functionality testing for upgrades and enhancements, working with internal teams, departments, and vendors, including audit reporting and dashboard for data integrity to avoid negative downstream impacts.Coordinates integrations of Workday-specific systems and 3rd party systems, ensuring seamless data integration and functionality.Provides advanced data reporting and analytics solutions within the company’s financial and HCM data.Acts as liaison between management staff, end users, and information technology staff to design and configure business solutions to ensure business requirements have been met.Provide ERP system support for end users and leads, including tiered response, issue research, service request and resolution management. Provides advanced ERP training and staff development. Provide project and program status updates, convey problems and areas of improvement to key stakeholders, including senior management.ESSENTIAL SKILLSExperience with Workday ERP and SaaS administration.Experience with Microsoft 365, SQL, programming, and Business Intelligence.Experience with budget (Sherpa) and cashiering (Teller) systems is ideal.
