What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Outside Services - Cart Attendants position at St Johnsbury Country Club?
St Johnsbury Country Club is looking for qualified Outside Cart & Guest Services Staff who will be available to work part time during all or part of the period between April 25th thru Nov 10th, 2025. Retirees, college & high school students are invited to apply.
Position includes Golf Membership benefits to be discussed during interview.
If you are a quick learner, have golf course experience or are a golfer who is familiar with the game and process that is helpful. A Valid Drivers License is required. Applicants must be over the age of 17 and legally able to work on weekdays and weekends based on need.
Duties include: Working as a Golf Cart Attendant.
Golf Cart Attendant responsibilities opening or closing carts, cleaning and maintaining golf carts & outside areas, picking range and washing balls, cleaning comfort stations, locker rooms and attending to guest needs - in short doing what ever it is that needs to be done that day to provide a first rate guest experience and maintain a neat and professional work environment.
These are hands on positions. Must be able to lift, move or carry items of at least 15lbs and able to work on your feet for several hours at a time. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, a TEAM PLAYER and self motivated to do a great job every day. A solid work ethic is required.
Flexible schedule. We can work around another job or college schedule. Occassional morning shifts but mostly closing shifts are available - weekdays and weekends. A closing shift may start between 1 to 3pm and usually ends between 7-8:30pm.
IMPORTANT: Our season runs from approximately April 25th - Nov 10th weather permitting.
