At the time of an offer, determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.\n\n Job Summary : \n\n Under the direction of the Senior Director of Quality and Clinical and the Clinical Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager coordinates the clinical operations of the department and oversees patient care functions as approved by the State of Maine Board of Nursing and St. Joseph Hospital policies and procedures. Direct supervision will be provided by the Clinical Manager. \n\n POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES : \n\n The Assistant Nurse Manager assists the Clinical Manager in the achievement of organizational and department-specific goals and objectives. This position works in a supportive manner to the Manager with additional leadership responsibilities that are broader in nature and extend beyond the oversight and supervision provided during a single shift.
