Environmental Services Technician (EVS)
Full-Time First Shift Position: 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Every 3rd weekend required
Starting base pay =$15.25

What We Are Looking For:
Hard working and dedicated individual. This individual will clean and maintain the facility. They will also be responsible for cleaning designated areas to promote environmental safety as well as staff and resident satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Vacuums/cleans patient care areas, public areas and offices as assigned.
- Ensures safe care to patients, adhering to policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications, including time management, supply management, productivity, and accuracy of practice.
- Knows where to obtain information regarding chemicals, follows direction in use and care of chemicals and equipment.
- Keeps equipment neat and clean, notifies supervisor of needed maintenance, performs minor maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Dust mops, damp mops, and/or vacuums floors as assigned; buffs or extracts carpet; strips and waxes floors as scheduled; cleans and maintains entrances as assigned.
- Moves furniture as requested; cleans upholstery as scheduled; removes trash; cleans equipment and performs meeting room setups.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications and Requirements:
- High school graduate or GED required.
- Must be able to work effectively as a member of a team while developing and maintaining professional relationships in the workplace.
- Applicant must be self-directed and motivated.
