Nurse Supervisor – 2nd and 3rd Shifts
Location: Sharonville, Ohio
Full Time – 9-Hour Shifts
Base Pay: $25.25 - $29.25 per hour (depending on license and experience) Shift Differentials
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday – Thursday)
- 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Monday – Thursday)
On Standby Holiday Rotation / On Standby Every 3rd Weekend

We’re seeking a skilled Nurse Supervisor to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to oversee and support the delivery of top-notch nursing care to developmentally delayed residents in a nurturing and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the nursing team on assigned shifts, ensuring the delivery of quality care in alignment with the Medical Director, physicians, and Director of Nursing's orders.
- Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a supportive and knowledgeable team.
- Coordinate with various departments to meet the diverse needs of residents and respite guests.
- Ensure adequate staff coverage and operational efficiency to maintain the highest standards of care and resident satisfaction.
- Assist with orientation and continuing education for nursing staff to maintain compliance and enhance skills.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Previous medical leadership or nursing supervisor experience required.
- Successful completion of a knowledge assessment and skills demonstration is required.
