Responsibilities
This is a part-time position with a variable shift located at St. Joseph Medical Center in Kansas City, MO. Under the direction of the dietitian the Diet Clerk will perform the necessary clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy as well as appropriate temperatures of patient trays.

Education and Work Experience
- AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred.
- One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred
- County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current
