As our new Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening active and passive candidates who meet the qualifications for our critical and high-volume positions. Your focus will be creating and nurturing a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future staffing needs. In this role, you'll play a key part in our recruitment process – finding qualified candidates and partnering with our Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- 2 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruitment experience in the healthcare industry.
- Expertise in sourcing qualified applicants from job boards, database mining, internet search engines, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and alternative search techniques.
- Ability to pre-qualify a candidate and present an opportunity and value proposition to identified candidates. In short, to be able to “sell” the benefits of joining Prime Healthcare.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, human Resources, business or a related field.
- Previous experience in iCIMS
