St. Joseph Recovery Center is a 135-bed residential, outpatient, and mobile outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment facility with locations in Parkersburg and Summersville, West Virginia as well as Cambridge, Ohio. The Director of Human Resources will work on-site at our Parkersburg, West Virginia location. At St. Joseph Recovery Center, all positions begin and end with quality, patient-centered care. The Director of Human Resources will partner with our executive leadership to develop and manage HR practices, implement processes and initiatives that support strategic objectives, and solve challenges through people-related solutions. Responsibilities of this position to include management of employee healthcare program, onboarding of new hires, maintaining accurate and thorough personnel records, and other related duties for our growing team of 150 ( ) employees. Will communicate/interact with corporate officers, department heads, physicians and physician extenders, professionals, and entry level personnel. Competitive compensation and benefits available.
Specialized Knowledge, Experience and Skills
Degree / Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Level of Experience
- Master’s Degree and 1 year current, related experience or Bachelor’s Degree, plus 2 years current, related experience.
