  • Job Summary : Echo position at St Joseph Regional Health Care Center in Bryan, Texas.
  • Unit : Echocardiography
  • Approximately 8 studies per day in a 10-hour shift.

    • Job Requirements

  • Required Certifications : BLS, RDCS, Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) via CCI Verification
  • Candidates may not have been directly employed by any facility associated with CommonSpirit within the past year.

    • Schedule Information

  • Shifts : Varies, 10-hour shifts
  • Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend
  • Holiday Requirement : Christmas Eve / Day
  • Call / response time : 30-minute response, approximately 2 days / week and every other weekend.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • First to Float between Bryan and College Station campus (16 minutes apart)

    • Additional Details

  • Profiles go directly to the unit for consideration
  • Call outs are strongly discouraged and could lead to termination
  • Scrub Color : Navy
  • EMR / Equipment Brand : Meditech, McKesson, Toshiba, GE, Philips
  • Floor specific orientation : None - we will orient upon arrival
  • Common studies performed / age groups : All ages, TTE & TEE
  • Any required skillset the tech MUST have? : Cardiac certified sonographer
  • Which facility is the homebase and will they be required to float to other campuses? : Bryan will float to College Station regularly (campuses are 12 minutes apart)
