- Nurse Residency Program with 12-monthly workshops comprised of classroom education presented by nursing leaders, and skills labs/practice.
- New graduates hired into Critical Care, Emergency Department and Operating Room will receive additional training which includes:
- Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) through the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN).
- Emergency Nurses Orientation (ENO 2.0) through Emergency Nurses Association (ENA).
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates degree in Nursing
- Current licensed in the state of Idaho, or licensure eligible
- BLS on first day or to be assigned by the Learning Center
