What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Nursing Home Administrator LNFA position at St Joseph's Care Center?
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator for a 100 bed skilled nursing facility nearing the end of construction in McGregor, TX. This facility will begin accepting residents in the early spring.
The primary responsibility of this position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care is provided to our residents at all times. Interested applicants must present a positive professional attitude.
Successful applicant will possess:
- 2 years experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting as an administrator.
- Current Texas Nursing Facility Administrator License in good standing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures.
- Must be proactive, self motivated and demonstrate ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities as we ready ourselves to open a new building.
