What You'll Do
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans
- Monitor and assess the health and well-being of our residents
- Monitors staff performance and completes evaluations
- Attends and conducts staff meetings
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment
