Medical Practice Administrator
We are seeking an experienced, highly-motivated, detail-oriented and organized person to manage our growing otolaryngology practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all aspects of a medical clinic, ability to focus on growth and collaborate with our stakeholders. If you are a dependable, hard-working team player, have supervisory experience, excellent leadership skills and can effectively manage multiple tasks, we want you!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Oversee day-to-day operations of medical clinic, including the various departments
· Liaison between different departments
· Supervise different teams within the clinic
· Revenue cycle
· Strong financial and bookkeeping skills
· Excel spreadsheet skills
· Proficiency in QBO
· Strong understanding and familiarity with medical coding and billing
· Collaborate with stakeholders in practice development to encourage growth
· Facilitate decision-making within the clinic
· Manage stakeholder meetings
· Point-of-contact for vendors, payers and other business contacts
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical clinic administrative role
Minimum Bachelors’ degree in business administration or related field
Certification in medical billing/coding preferred
