RESPONSIBILITIES
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Works in a normal patient care area or office environment where there are relatively few physical discomforts due to dust, dirt, noise and the like.
- Lifting objects weighing up to 11 to 20 pounds
- Standing for more than two hours at a time
- Stooping or bending
- Manual dexterity, reach and grasp objects
- Ability to hear and communicate orally
- Pushing or pulling supply carts
- Proofreading and checking documents for accuracy
- Using a keyboard to enter and transcribe words or data
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Work requires a high school level of educational development and no previous related experience plus three to six months of on-the-job training and orientation.
- Work requires the analytical ability to resolve problems that require the use of basic scientific knowledge, mathematical, or technical principles.
- Work requires understanding of automated diet office system data entry and internal adjustment.
- Work requires analysis of information (data) from Hospital ADT system (SMS- Invision). Work requires computer skills.
