Job Description
Responsible for the overall operational, financial, quality, and service performance of the various Physician practice locations that are identified as member practices for SJH. Plays a leadership role in creating and executing a strategic plan and identifying and implementing business development strategies to promote growth, improve quality and system performance, and help recruit and grow the practices. Coordinates processes between the practices and SJH's departments, including but not limited to :medical staff, credentialing, physician billing,finance, and human resources. Manage and maintain vendor contracts, as necessary for operations of practice.
Qualifications
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or closely related field and three to five years of work related experience. Work requires analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources and apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems.
