RN Resident- Inpatient Psychiatric Unit 3-6
Eligible for recruitment bonus up to $8000 for qualified Graduate Nurses!!
- 30 bed acute care unit providing an interdisciplinary approach to care for emotionally ill adult patients on a voluntary or involuntary status.
- We care for patients with a wide variety of psychiatric and substance use disorders. Our unit is devoted to individualized care in a safe and secure environment ensuring dignity and respect for all those we serve.
- Our graduate nurse residency and orientation program provides a strong supportive environment with resources and education to meet the individual needs of each new RN. We develop strong, confident nurses who adjust well to independent practice while gaining experience, time management and critical thinking skills
- Our primary nursing care model develops an individualized plan of care that includes a full range of individual and group sessions, psychotherapies, medications, ECT treatments and other rehab modalities.

GN Pay Range : $32.00 - $38.60
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
