MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. One (1) year of housekeeping experience.

1. High school diploma or equivalent

1. Monitors housekeeping activities in assigned area(s) to ensure proper cleaning, servicing and stocking of supplies, the completion of work schedules and supervisory instructions; reporting problems as necessary.
2. Performs housekeeping duties including, but not limited to, sweeping, dusting, polishing, mopping, vacuuming and trash removal.
3. Ensures all supplies, materials and equipment are available in assigned work area for proper performance of duties; report equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
4. Reports need for repair to equipment, furniture, building and fixtures.
5. Assists in training employees in proper cleaning techniques and use of supplies, materials and equipment.

1. Must have physical ability to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, reaching and bending and operating floor equipment such as vacuum cleaners, autoscrubbers, buffers, etc.

3. Capable of wearing appropriate PPE for an extended period of time
