Job Overview:
Centralized scheduler who accurately schedules patients in various systems for departments within the health system. Confirms patient demographics, prescriptions and/or orders, insurance information and preps/iinstructions. This person will perform a mini registration to check for eligiblity and has knowledge of insurance rules. Answers incoming calls for all the depts, directing and screening them accordingly. Reaches out to patients and providers as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma -or- G.E.D. required.
Less than one year of work experience.
